The guy behind Artt is Pete "Wimpy" Webber - their Roadie.
The communist government had no idea what a "roadie" was, so he pretended to be in the band!
Pete went on to be roadie for Dave Dee, and now runs a fantastic pub in East Prawle, Devon.
